Finally, by having a physiotherapist visit your home setting you also have the benefit of learning how your home safety and functionality can be improved, which can also improve your safety and help you optimize your goals.

4. How do I book a home physiotherapy session?
Booking a home physiotherapy session with us is simple! Call or visit our website and fill out the online booking form. Our friendly staff will assist you in scheduling an appointment at a time that is convenient for you.
5. Are your physiotherapists qualified and licensed?
Yes, all our physiotherapists are highly qualified and licensed professionals. They have extensive experience in the field and continually update their skills to provide you with the best possible care. Rest assured, you will be in safe hands.
6. Can I use my health insurance for home physiotherapy?
Yes, in most cases, home physiotherapy is covered by health insurance. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand the coverage details and reimbursement process. Our team can provide you with the necessary documentation for claims.
7. How long is each physiotherapy session?
The initial assessments take approximately 60-80 min, and follow-up sessions take approximately 30-45 min.
8. What territory do you cover?
Our catchment area is approximately a 40 km radius from Dieppe, NB, and extends to Sackville, Cocagne, Salisbury, and Hillsborough. Clients outside this catchment area will be billed an additional gas fee of $15 per visit.
9. What type of equipment is used during home physiotherapy?
Our physiotherapists will bring all the necessary equipment and tools for your treatment session. This may include portable treatment tables, resistance bands, therapy balls, pulleys, putty, small weights and other specialized tools as needed.
10. Do you offer direct billing?
Yes, we offer direct billing. You will be responsible for the portion of the fee not covered by your insurance, and this can be paid by cash, cheque, e-transfer or credit card.
11. How can we pay?
We accept most credit cards, e-transfers, cheques, or cash.
12. Do you follow up with my doctor?
We do not contact your doctor routinely unless we feel a need. That being said, if you or the treating therapist have any concerns, we will not hesitate to contact your doctor via email, phone or letter, depending on the situation's urgency.
13. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you inform us of any changes at least 24 hours before. This allows us to accommodate other patients in need of our services.
